Open for Funding: Balance-MoTraX, a new project from the KIT Institute of Sports and Sports Science (IfSS) in the Health research area, is open for funding. It investigates motor movement components that help restore balance when stumbling or slipping. Support the development of a scientifically grounded training program that helps older adults better absorb the impact of falls and maintain their mobility and independence for as long as possible.
About the Project
Researching, tinkering, and bringing their own ideas to life: The Science Camps@TRIANGEL Kids Lab inspire young people to get excited about science and technology. The final presentation of the Electrical Engineering Science Camp demonstrated just how effective the combination of encouragement, expert guidance, and teamwork can be. The young people presented the projects they had developed themselves, showcasing their creativity, technical skills, and tremendous dedication.

The event began with a visit by the KIT Foundation’s board members to the Institute of Sports and Sports Science (IfSS), where they learned about current research projects and their funding needs.
